Why are you pre-leasing?

Pre-leasing allows you to secure your preferred unit type and location ahead of the crowd, ensuring that you get the home that best fits your needs. With high demand expected, pre-leasing gives you peace of mind knowing your future home is secured.

Are utilities included?

Utilities are not included in the rent. However, rest assured that The Oak is designed to be energy efficient, keeping utility costs low for our residents. With features like efficient heating and cooling systems and energy-saving appliances, you can enjoy comfortable living while keeping costs in check. Please keep in mind, buildings that include utilities often do not have any windows that open.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, The Oak is a pet-friendly community! We understand that pets are family too. However, all pets must be pre-approved either before move-ins or during the lease period. Please refer to our comprehensive Rules and Regulations for more information, including any applicable pet fees.

What are your Rules and Regulations?

Our Rules and Regulations document outlines important guidelines and policies to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. From pet policies to noise regulations, we strive to create a community where everyone feels welcome and respected.

How much is underground parking? How many spaces are included? Is there storage, and how much? Can you have multiple vehicles? Is there a charge for surface parking? How tall is the underground parking for larger vehicles?

One underground parking space at $175/month is alloted per suite on a first come first serve basis, with a total of 35 underground spaces being available. Storage options are also available for an additional charge. One surface parking space is included per suite at no additional cost, if a second surface parking space is required it is $75 per month. Our underground parking is designed to accommodate larger vehicles up to a height of seven feet.

Do you have EV Charging?

We offer dedicated spaces for EV charging in our underground parking area for $175/month, with charging being an additional cost per kWh consumed.

How long is the lease period? How much notice is required to break the lease?

Our standard lease period is one year. Following the SNB lease regulations, we require three months' notice before the end of the lease term if you wish to terminate your lease.

Is the building soundproof?

The Oak is a concrete building structure, constructed with high-quality materials in order to suppress noise transfer between suites. Our commitment to soundproofing ensures a peaceful and comfortable living environment for all residents.

Do you allow children? How many and what ages?

Yes, families with children are welcome at The Oak. The number and ages of children allowed may vary depending on the apartment type and location. Our leasing team will work with you during the application process to ensure the best fit for your family.

When is the building ready for move-ins?

We are currently signing leases for move-ins starting August 1st. Secure your spot today and be part of our vibrant community!

When is the building ready for showings?

Does this building have security?

The Oak prioritizes the safety and security of our residents. Our building features 24-hour video surveillance throughout, providing peace of mind for all residents. Additionally, we utilize the Butterfly access system at all points of entry for secure access to ensure the safety of our community. We also have an onsite Resident Manager who regularly monitors building safety.

Is there a resident manager? What services do they provide?

Yes, there will be a live-in resident manager dedicated to addressing maintenance requests and ensuring the smooth operation of the building. Residents can also utilize the Resident Center app for easy communication and assistance with any inquiries or concerns.

Can I switch out appliances for my own?

No, the appliances supplied by The Oak are carefully selected to meet our high standards of quality, safety and energy efficiency. Rest assured that our appliances are designed to enhance your living experience and provide convenience for daily tasks.

What appliances come included? What brand?

The Oak provides top-of-the-line appliances to enhance your daily living experience. Our units come equipped with GE washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Additionally, a hot water tank is included to ensure comfort and convenience for all residents.

What are the amenities?
